The American Cancer Society is the nationwide community- based voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives, and diminishing suffering from the disease, through research, education, advocacy, and service.

The Friendly Center

The Friendly Center is a non-profit family resource center serving the community of Orange, California. Located in one of Orange's multicultural neighborhoods, The Friendly Center offers programs including youth development, family support, Senior Citizen activities and emergency services for all who are in need. The Friendly Center began in 1924 as an outreach to the migrant farm workers in Orange's thriving citrus industry. Today it is a bustling community center dedicated to improving the lives of low-income families in our community. With the help of volunteers and the financial support of the community, The Friendly Center makes a difference every day in the lives of our children, families and seniors.

Children's Hospital of Orange County

 
CHOC Children's is exclusively committed to the health and well being of children through clinical expertise, advocacy, outreach and research that brings advanced treatment to our patients. CHOC Children's regional healthcare network includes two state-of-the-art hospitals in Orange and Mission Viejo, several community clinics, a residency program that trains tomorrow's pediatricians, and four centers of excellence - The CHOC Children's Heart, Cancer, Neuroscience and Orthopaedic Institutes.
